Predictive technology
The CSS sales reps operate with state-of-the-art predictive dialing technology that enables them to reach a live customer on every call minimizing dialing time and maximizing selling opportunities. The predictive dialer allows us to handle 1000's of live calls a second. As the call connects the sales rep also receives information on who they are connected to through their web enabled terminal.
Paperless Systems
CSS operates efficiently with a paperless system keeping data protection and management at its maximum. CSS MIS department manage the lead database and load the predictive dialers for the sales reps. All sales are automatically recorded in the CSS sales tracking system as they occur.
Third Party Verification
CSS uses a third party verification process for all sales to ensure the integrity of the enrollment. This has become and industry standard and is now required by most states where there is telephonic enrollment for deregulated energy supply. CSS has established a relationship with a verification center which is an independent company with advanced equipment to digitally record verification phone calls with customers. This is to protect CSS and our clients against any slamming charges. This has resulted in our excellent record with PUC's across the country.

From state to state, regulations vary. The regulatory bodies and utilities of each state have their own unique perspective on deregulation and alternative energy suppliers.
